Friday June 12 2026 - this week has been full of wonder
so, first off i want to acknowledge that tuesday was a complete bloodbath - it was worse than 5% dip, i think like 7-8% dip. i got completely smashed haha. but honestly it came with great lessons and i was able to see clearly some of my mistakes... like holding onto the losers and taking profits too early and not trusting myself. not following my entry/exit signals. i am happy to report that at this stage it seems im able to make back whatever i lose pretty quickly and come back into the green for the week. im breakeven for this 3rd entry into the global markets, but still red overall for my lifetime trading career. so im just trying to plough through those targets!! i'm travelling this week and trading from my hotel room, but wifi even at nice hotels suck ass. and my esim data isn't great either. i wonder if starlink has an app yet... they need that. this is a reason why i prefer airbnbs... but safety is paramount when travelling to foreign lands! speaking of elon, IPO DAY!!! -1.5hr into the open. so much speculation.. fear and greed... more fear i think but im really not sure. not going to take any positions until i see direction.. its been so chaotic on the charts as of late its so confusing haha. but the voice of my friend echoes as i trade this week 'you need to trust yourself more'. and he's not wrong. as a baby trader, i've got lots of mistakes to make and lessons to learn. and im doing them all haha. but i love it. not sure if ill journal this weekend as im sightseeing and hanging out but i'll be back soon!
